Looking for a summer camp in Limassol that keeps your child active, social, and learning while school is out? With Cyprus summer holidays stretching roughly ten to eleven weeks from late June to early September, a good day camp turns long, hot weeks into something structured and fun. KIDDOM runs its summer camp from late May to early September, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 18:00, for children aged 2 to 12 — combining on-site activities, sea trips, and excursions in one of the few licensed camp venues in Limassol.
This guide covers what to look for in a summer camp in Cyprus, what a typical day looks like, how camp is organised by age, what's included, and when to book. Whether you live in Limassol year-round or you're spending the summer here, the goal is the same: a holiday that's genuinely fun for kids and easy for parents.
Ten weeks is a long time to keep children entertained, especially when Limassol's midday heat makes outdoor play difficult in the middle of the day. A day camp solves several problems at once: it gives children routine when school structure disappears, keeps them physically active and socially engaged, and offers parents reliable daytime care during working weeks.
Children also make friends quickly at camp, because they're grouped into age-based teams, each with its own program. That way, the activities always fit their stage, and there's always someone their own age to share the day with.
Not all camps are the same. Before you book, it's worth checking a few things.
Licensing and safety. KIDDOM is one of the few licensed camp venues in Limassol, and has run camps since 2018. Ask any camp about supervision, staff-to-child ratios, and how the space is secured.
Heat management. In a Cyprus summer, an air-conditioned indoor space is essential. Active outdoor play should happen in the cooler hours, with shade and water always available.
A balanced program. Look for a real mix — sport, art, games, and trips — rather than a day packed only with lessons or one with no structure at all.
Safe transport for trips. If the camp runs excursions, ask about the buses: KIDDOM uses comfortable, air-conditioned coaches fitted with seat belts.
Meals. Check what's included. At KIDDOM, lunch and an afternoon snack are part of the price, prepared in our own licensed kitchen.
A summer day at KIDDOM is built around variety, so children never get bored and never get overwhelmed. On-site, the program rotates through art, sport, theatre, a baking workshop, the go-kart track, dance, chess, quests, show programs, and board games. The hottest hours move indoors to air-conditioned rooms for workshops and quieter activities, and there's free play in our indoor and outdoor playground, trampolines, and sports areas.
Beyond the park, camp includes sea trips and excursions to museums, castles, parks, zoos, the planetarium, Cosmoport, the aquapark, VR zones, the Akrotiri Environmental Centre, and the Troodos mountains. Trips run on comfortable, air-conditioned buses with seat belts, when a group of at least 15 children is reached, and parents are told the dates and details in advance.
In summer, we move the energy indoors when the heat peaks — air-conditioned workshops at midday, active play, and trips in the cooler hours.
KIDDOM welcomes children from 2 to 12, split so that every child gets an experience suited to their stage:
Ages 2 to 5 join summer programs within the kindergarten setting — gentler, with more rest and supervision, in a familiar environment for little ones.
Ages 5 to 12 join the summer camp itself, with the full range of activities, trips, and team-based days.
Each age group follows its own program, so the day is always age-appropriate — challenging enough for older children, comfortable for younger ones.
Everything your child needs during the day is included in the price, along with lunch at 13:00 and an afternoon snack at 16:00, both prepared in our licensed kitchen. Breakfast, an extra snack, or dinner can be added for a small charge.
It helps to send your child with comfortable or sports shoes and a hat, a water bottle, and a light lunchbox snack (an apple, banana, or croissant — though snacks can also be bought on site). On sea-trip days, pack swimwear, sun cream, a towel, and — if your child can't swim yet — a swim vest or armbands, plus a bag for wet clothes. We recommend leaving phones and tablets at home, since the day is full of games and activities where gadgets only get in the way.

Popular weeks fill up early, and places are limited. In Cyprus, the ideal time to book is April or May, before the holidays begin — early booking also gives you the best pick of weeks. That said, flexible day camps often have week-to-week availability later in the summer, so it's always worth asking.
KIDDOM brings everything together in one licensed, 5,000 m² family park in central Germasogeia, with its own parking. Summer camp uses the whole site — indoor and outdoor playground and trampolines, sports areas, the go-kart track, mini golf and billiards, and air-conditioned rooms for workshops — plus sea trips and excursions. Meals come from our own kitchen, the team has run camps since 2018, and the same space hosts events and birthdays, year-round clubs and sections. For children who already know KIDDOM, summer camp is a familiar, easy step.
A summer camp in Limassol should make the long holiday easier for you and genuinely fun for your child — active mornings, cool creative afternoons, sea trips, and a team that keeps everyone safe.
