Privacy Policy

How KIDDOM processes personal data and uses cookies

Last updated: 8 August 2026.

This policy explains what data we collect on kiddom.com.cy, why and on what legal basis, and what rights you have as a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the law of the Republic of Cyprus.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is KIDDOM. The World Of Kids.

Address: Masterland, Spyrou Kyprianou Ave 48, Limassol 4043, Cyprus.
Phone: +357 777 77850
Email: info@kiddom.com.cy

2. What data we collect

Automatically, when you visit the site:

  • Truncated IP address, device type, browser and operating system
  • Pages viewed, referral source, time and duration of the visit
  • Anonymised interaction recordings: cursor movement, scrolling, clicks

When you contact us yourself:

  • Name, phone number and message content — when you reach us by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber
  • Information needed to enrol a child in our services — when entering into an agreement

There are no contact forms on this site, and we do not collect data covertly. We do not collect special categories of data (health, religion and similar) through the site.

3. Why, and on what legal basis
  • Running the site. Strictly necessary cookies make pages display correctly and remember your cookie choice. Basis — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Analytics and improving the site. We look at which sections are in demand and where visitors struggle. Basis — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Advertising. Measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. Basis — your consent.
  • Answering enquiries and providing services. Basis — performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Cookies and third-party services

Until you press "Accept" in the cookie notice, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. We use Google Consent Mode: by default every optional category is denied.

If you give consent, the following services are used:

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) — visit statistics and advertising performance
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) — anonymised heatmaps and session recordings that reveal awkward spots on the pages
  • Google Tag Manager — management of the services listed above

These companies may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can withdraw consent at any time: clear cookies and site data in your browser settings — the notice will appear again and you can choose "Decline". Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

5. How long we keep data

Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Microsoft Clarity session recordings are kept for up to 30 days. Correspondence about enquiries is kept for up to 3 years from the last contact. Documents related to the provision of services are kept for the periods required by Cypriot law.

6. Children's data

This site is addressed to adults — parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect children's data through the site. We receive information about a child only from a parent or legal guardian when arranging services, and process it solely for those purposes.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy of it
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • request erasure of your data
  • restrict processing or object to it
  • receive your data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another controller
  • withdraw consent you have given

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@kiddom.com.cy. We will respond within one month.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Cypriot supervisory authority — the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection: dataprotection.gov.cy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
